A website that turns DMs into orders.

OH CHEESE! sells out at markets and through DMs, but there is no single place to see the full range, prices or where to buy, and every order starts as a chat. I've already sketched the site around your real jars, flavours and stockists. The screens below are from that working preview. I recommend the Standard plan: customers fill a basket and the order arrives on your WhatsApp already typed out. Tracking every order in a dashboard and a Google Business Profile are optional add-ons you can take now or later.

Add-ons (optional)

An add-on's monthly fee covers running it. For WhatsApp Orders and the Leads Dashboard, you choose who maintains it: me, for INR 1,500 a month each, or your own team at no extra fee. Meta's WhatsApp message charges are billed to your own Meta account.

I look after the site: hosting and SSL checks, domain renewal reminders (the domain fee is paid by you, at cost), uptime monitoring, backups and up to 1 hour of edits a month. Without it, the site keeps running free on a website management provider called Cloudflare, in your own account, and you or anyone you choose can maintain it using the handover sheet. Timeline and payments

Working days, counted from the day the advance and all content are received. Both update with the package you choose.

Monthly add-on fees, and the care plan if chosen, start from the month after launch. Payment by UPI or bank transfer.

Every account is opened with your business email from day one, and you hold the main login. I'm added as a team member, and you can remove me at any time.

  3. Open your business email and accounts with me on a short call; the timeline starts once content is in.
  4. Review the design, approve, and we build and launch.
Key terms Revisions: 3, 5 or 10 rounds by plan, sent as one consolidated list per round. On full payment you own the site and its full source code. The advance is non-refundable once work has started. Search rankings, enquiries and order volumes depend on factors outside my control, so they are not guaranteed. Prices are in INR, with no GST charged. This proposal is valid for 7 days.
